Instant chow mein nissin teriyaki beef flavor, Ate the ramen 2/24 and woke up at 620am to intense back pain. Went to use the bathroom and suddenly needed to vomit. Continued for 4 hours every 5 minutes or so.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Suspected source: Chicken
Onset: 12 to 24 hours
Duration: Several days
Sick: 5 people
Additional information: Heritage farms bonesless skinless chicken breast’s. Whole family got sick including the dogs who also ate the chicken.
