Ordered a bacon chicken ranch fry around 8:30 pm yesterday (jan22) and woke this morning (jan23) about 9am to acute food poisoning symptoms. That was the only food I had eaten for nearly 48 hours so it is the only culprit.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
