3 月 20 日星期三，我在 Chipotle 停下来吃晚饭。当我回到家时，我只吃了一个鸡肉碗，里面放着白米饭、几个平托豆、奶酪和生菜。3 月 21 日星期四凌晨 1 点左右，我醒来时抽筋和严重的恶心。我整晚都在剧烈呕吐，直到早上 9 点左右症状终于消失。我很幸运，我从事医疗保健工作，知道如何照顾自己，所以我最终没有住院。现在是星期五了，我还有点腹泻。
我再也不会在 Chipotle 吃东西了，也会告诉所有我认识的人也不要在那里吃饭。

I had a chicken burrito bowl, no rice, black beans, guac, sour cream, cheese, mild, medium & corn salsa.
I threw up from 8pm to 4am, projectile vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, severe sweating.
