我女儿吃了墨西哥卷饼，我丈夫吃了墨西哥卷饼上没有卷的碗。呕吐我女儿已经两天多没法吃东西了。我丈夫腹泻更多，持续时间更长。我们是从英国度假的。

昨天我从那里吃了一个肉食碗吃午饭好的，所以我吃了这个碗吃了很晚的午餐，我整晚都没事。凌晨 4 点或 5 点左右我的胃开始受伤，然后我用魔术贴在厕所里睡 2 个小时。出汗、疲劳、恶心。可怕的抽筋然后呕吐。我虽然结束了，但我又洗了个澡然后上床睡觉。我在那里大概只待了 10 分钟然后我不得不回去见我的傻瓜朋友... 厕所。我弯腰了，想也许我应该去急诊室，我没去。所以再来一次。我打扫自己和洗手间然后回到床上。我睡了一个小时，抽筋又开始了。我今天整天没吃任何东西，我的肚子在抽筋，我也有干燥的重量。我感觉太恐怖了... 发冷和身体疼痛... 只是非常疲倦。

I went in at about 3 pm and ordered a barbacoa bowl with brown rice, black beans, pico de Gallo, a little sour cream, and lettuce. Woke up feeling feverish and nauseous at 3 am. Started vomiting about half an hour later. And then got the chills…
