2 月 21 日，星期四得到了一份沙拉，里面有鸡肉、黑豆、奶酪、番茄莎莎酱、玉米。还有鳄梨调味酱的薯条。过去，鳄梨调味酱引起了问题（仅来自 Chipotle），这次我忘记了，有了一些朋友 guac。从那以后我有严重的胃痉挛和腹泻。我要在第三天出现症状。

I got sick 7 hours after eating chipotle. I had half carnitas and half barbacoa black beans sour cream hot medium and mild salsa. It's the only thing I ate since last night. BEWARE!

I ate a bowl with white rice, chicken and carnitas with the work last night. Felt sick a couple hours later and it has progressively gotten worse. Diarrhea, extreme heartburn, nausea, vomiting, painful cramping.
