I had a double meat (steak/chicken) burrito bowl for lunch with lettuce, corn, Pico sauce and cheese. Started feeling bad later that evening woke up to take my son to school it was all bad from there for the rest of the day. I wasn't able to get him to the banquet for his basketball team.

Ate at 6 pm 4/6/2017. Bought a steak burrito and a carnitas burrito. My son ate the steak burrito and was fine. I ate the carnitas burrito and got very sick. Was up all night with fever, nausea, and vomiting.

Ate white rice, chicken, black beans, veggies, lettuce, corn, sour cream. On feb 7. Sick following morning. Extreme stomach cramps. Can't keep food down.
