Ate meatballs on sunday 17 June. Fine until following morning when i vomited at 0700, and vomited 3 more times throughout day. Later came down with fever and liquid poop. Nightmare. Fine on tuesday but girlfriend has vomited today after feeling ill yesterday, she also had meatballs… 更多

下午晚些时候我吃了半品脱 Ben＆Jerry 的 Brownie Batter Core 冰淇淋。我有点乳糖不耐症，所以我在进食前服用了两种 Lactaid 补充剂（作为参考，通常的剂量只是一粒药）。几个小时后，我生病了非常水样腹泻和来来去去的胃痉挛。我甚至经历了三次失禁，因为腹泻太严重了。因为我以前乳糖不耐症，我从来没有遇到过这样的问题。通常情况下，我只是抽筋一点，排便比平时松散。这是我很长一段时间以来最严重的消化系统困扰。我现在住的地方已经快凌晨三点了，我正在努力入睡，因为我的胃太不舒服了。我想我再也不会吃 Ben＆Jerry 的冰淇淋了。

We bought cucumbers, salad mix, tomato, and had a trader Joe's falafel mix. I think it was the salad mix, because they had caution tape on the frozen foods (like maybe the refrigerator had broken). However, they did not have tape guarding produce though. Hopefully they have… 更多

Chicken cordon bleu with veggies, no potatoes, no gravy, side salad, and a roll. Ate around 6pm, woke up with diarrhea. Have had severe diarrhea for 2 days. No vomiting, but stomach cramping and a bit of nausea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
