The only meal I ate was from their salad bar at lunch. I had mixed greens, spinach, arugula, some tabouli, tofu, and hummus. With in hours I felt terrible and then spent the whole evening violently vomiting. I called today and they didn’t seem very concerned with what I had eaten there.  | 症状: 呕吐

On 11-18-2018 3 hours after my wife ate boiled salmon and fresh spinach bought from Mitzuawa Market she got violenty ill. The boiled fish container was dated 11-17-2018 and packaged at 9:37 am. We have another uneaten contanier packaged at 9:38. Can we get this tested somewhere?  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

从熟食店购买了土豆沙拉。我在看电视的时候把它从容器里吃掉。向下看我的下一口，里面装满了黏糊糊的黑色东西。联系了他们，他们说这只是一种没有被完全搅拌的成分。我因发烧、恶心、抽筋、呕吐和腹泻而生病了一个月。

买了一些新鲜切片熟食肉（烤火鸡和 toupee 火腿），并在晚餐时做三明治。添加了冰山生菜、豪华番茄和枫叶预煮熟的培根（我们在将它添加到三明治之前加热）。这被放在整个西子包子上。我们还有迷你香草圣诞蛋糕作为甜点。在 2 小时内，我感到恶心，发冷，疼痛，然后呕吐四次，腹泻两次。这持续了两个小时。然后，早上我和我一样吃的妻子呕吐了（食用后约 6.5 小时）。不完全确定罪魁祸首是什么，但将来会避免 Sobeys 的熟食店。火鸡是全新的，在我面前开放了，但是当我到达那里时火腿已经打开了。肉是用切肉机剃掉的... 但是我们到了那里的时候相当晚，所以刀片可能没有清洁过，可能已经被交叉污染了。拉斯维加斯在吃饭之前被洗过。

We ate lemon pepper rotisserie chicken at 1pm and, again in the evening. time stamp on chicken was 2:xx pm, on Friday, November 16, 2018. It was refrigerated at 12:30pm same day. I got diarrhea around 10pm on the 16th. Friend ate less and had it same… 更多
