我从 Fortino 购物中心路所在地的行农场购买了碎牛肉。截止日期为 4 月 5 日。4 月 4 日星期二，我用前一天剩下的蔬菜和土豆泥做了一个牧羊人派，晚餐后已适当冷藏。牧羊人派是给我儿子的，但是在我把它交给他之前我已经吃了一勺。请注意，肉煮得很好。我在大约一个小时内有严重的抽筋然后腹泻。大约一个小时后就结束了。我儿子（27 岁）昨晚大约在晚上 8 点左右吃了一顿饭，从凌晨 2 点到现在，他仍然会出现严重的呕吐、腹泻和胃痛。他吃了很多东西。你能推荐什么吗？我还有一些肉类混合物和来自 Rowe Farms 的未开封的碎牛肉。

Bought Pick n Pay Fresh chicken on 26/03/2018. cooked it the same day after purchase. my wife, two daughters and I was sick. stomach cramps, diarrhea for about a week. my wife had to see a doctor because hers continued. reported that matter to Pick n pay..no response  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

On Saturday 3/31 the only food I ate & my husband didn’t was from from Central Market (prepared green Chile chicken soup & some fresh P&D shrimp I brought home & immediately cooked). At 5:00 a.m. on Sunday 4/1 I got food poisoning & he didn’t. Vomiting & diarrhea. Nasty stuff.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
