我昨天下午 1 点左右去 Panera 面包吃饭。我吃完汤后，我的肚子开始抽筋。大约一个小时后，我去洗手间感觉好多了。午夜时分，我醒来时头痛很严重，胃痛。一个小时后（大约凌晨 1 点 30 分），我在浴室里呕吐。在接下来的 5 个小时内，我实际上呕吐了 6 次。我已经能够保持敬酒（已经 5 个小时了），所以我希望快结束了。但是我还是觉得自己想呕吐。
