McDouble meal; lettuce wrapped, I ate the meal for lunch. There had been a recall of lettuce in Ontario and I had it served to me today. The symptoms started 6 hours after ingestion. I have vomited twice and have stomach pain.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛

Sunday I purchased ramen noodles by Sunday night evening I was feeling nauseous and was cramped. Then vomiting started followed by cold chills. It's now Tuesday and I'm just starting to feel a little bit better as of now.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战, 抽筋

According to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) notice, Cheese Balls products were recalled by Farm Boy due to possible Listeria contamination. There have no illnesses linked to this recall up to date.
