Possibly the Horchata Margarita at the Mexico Holiday booth.  Just one person, me, the one that drank the Horchata Margarita. It tasted odd, somewhat grainy, I drank half and could not finish it due to odd taste. Started within 36 hours.   | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and a caramel frappe I ate breakfast, and was vomiting an hour later. At first I got really cold, and then threw up twice before leaving work and throwing up again. I have been sick all day.    | 症状: 呕吐

Hot chocolate dispensed 2 people got sick. We had the same beverage, mint chocolate hot chocolate with half & half milk. Symptoms started 2 hours after consuming, first nausea, vomiting then diarrhea. Still ongoing after 12 hours of first symptoms appearing.   | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had 1 chicken chalupa Supreme and Fiesta potatoes, as well as mountain Dew around late lunch time. Starting at 3am, I had severe diarrhea and vomiting at the same time. I couldn't hold down water. 9 hours later, I still have diarrhea every half hour and no appetite.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 食欲不振

Ate a deluxe chicken sandwich meal at around 4:45PM and had to stop eating half way through with my sandwich after biting into a vein or tendon. I thought it was just that one bite but apparently not because it’s 3 hours later and I can’t leave… 更多
