我在 2017 年 10 月 17 日晚上 10 点 30 分左右订购了双层芝士汉堡和薯条。大约 6 小时后，我醒来时腹痛和发烧。第二天我还在经历寒战、恶心和发烧。麦当劳一直是一个漠不关心和不卫生的设施，员工粗心。

I ate their lasagna and pineapple pizza and garlic bread. Hours after i went home, i suddenly felt a strong urge to throw up, and I also was shivering and had a fever. My stomach also hurt. I ended up throwing up all of my stomach contents.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
