I ate their lasagna and pineapple pizza and garlic bread. Hours after i went home, i suddenly felt a strong urge to throw up, and I also was shivering and had a fever. My stomach also hurt. I ended up throwing up all of my stomach contents.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ordered a bowl with chicken , black beans , brown rice , lettuce , hot sauce on the 30th of August 2017 . Later on that day was feeling terrible, I threw up constantly , was in pain for a whole day and then had diarrhea for two days straight .  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
