was going to watch a movie, me and 2 of my friends bought some beefy fritos burritos and a couple hours later I began to feel nauseous and threw up. Got a text from my friend at about 3 am saying he had thrown up as well.  | 症状: 呕吐

我大约 5 点半左右在西 96 街的麦当劳乘坐 2 号火车订购了鸡块和薯条，我的食物在 5 分钟内就出来了，但是天气很冷，大约一个小时后我开始感到恶心，我有两次腹泻，一天后我现在感到头晕和虚弱  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 头晕, 弱点

I ate a nacho cheese Dorito taco, cool ranch Doritio taco and gordito crunch at 1:30pm today. Around 5pm I was feeling very quesy, by 8 pm I was violently vomiting until 2am.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
