I ordered a carnitas burrito with medium salsa, peppers, white rice, guacamole, and corn. I got sick about 7 hours later with diarrhea which reminded me of the last time I ate at in Phoenix.  | 症状: 腹泻

My family and I order it from door dash. We got orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken, teriyaki chicken, white rice and vegetables. Over night we all started feeding sick with same symptoms. Nasty stomach pain, nausea, diarrhea and bloating.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 其他, 腹胀, 胃痛

My son and I both ate chicken bowls and my stomach started grinding on the way home and I barely made it to the toilet for a violent liquid bowel movement. My son got diarrhea as well. Two days later I’m still feeling nauseous with low energy.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
