My spouse and I ate at Applebee's on Saturday April 27, 2019 at about 7:30 pm. I started to vomit within 30 minutes, and have not been able to eat or keep anything down including water. I have extreme nausea, and really feel bad.

2019 年 1 月 14 日星期一，我的女儿被食物中毒。她有一个鸡肉碗。吃完饭后不久，她出现了可怕的胃痛，然后是发烧、腹泻和呕吐。事实上，这是第二次发生这种情况。我们第一次不确定情况是否如此。她有完全相同的症状但我们给了他们怀疑的好处。这次我们确定那是食物（鸡肉被污染），因为她的症状是一样的。

Bought a watermelon frm there yesterday cut it up put it in the fridge and today took it out and ate some this morning now it's 5:30 lpm and I haven't eaten anything besides that today and now I'm throwing up watermelon chunks and have bad diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I went last night June 4th at around 9:45pm right before closing and got my 5 year old a side of macaroni and cheese. She ate all of it and this morning at 630am she woke up throwing up. She cant drink or eat anything without it coming back up. Shes been miserable all day.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
