在棕色面包上订购鸡肉面汤和 1/2 鸡核桃三明治。吃了。尝得好。不到 45 分钟我就被暴力扔掉了。生病了几个小时。晚上晚些时候胃问题。下午叫博士。说听起来我们喜欢食物中毒。这是从前晚上 6 点以来我唯一吃过的东西。告诉几个人和其中两人说过去用鸡核桃三明治发生过同样的事情。打电话给他们，他们根本不关心，说，来填写表格，这就是我们通常所做的。听起来不像是一种威慑力量。也许需要检查厨房的温度

Ate at 6pm Sunday. Food tasted great but a few hours after leaving the restaurant I was doing some homework and my stomach began cramping and aching the pain was unbearable. An hour or so after I started feeling pain I became nauseous and had to vomit.  | 症状: 呕吐, 抽筋

Me and my girlfriend ate there about noon, we ate double steak burgers and French fries. Immediately after started not feeling well so we laid in bed for a few hours. Later that night we both started vomiting and diarrhea. Only thing we ate that day so must’ve been that.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
