I had on Tuesday around 5PM as I do every Tuesday, however later that evening I had severe diarrhea and Wednesday I vomited so much I had to leave my job for the day, it is now Friday and I am still having diarrhea, nausea, and a 102 fever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

On Monday, May 6th, 2019 at 7:30 PM I ate a burrito made with carnitas, black beans, brown rice, cheese, lettuce, pico, and hot salsa. On Tuesday May 7th I threw up 12 times beginning at 3:30 AM and ending at 9:30 PM. Diarrhea started beginning Wednesday… 更多

Just about three hours after consuming the soft shell chicken tacos, lettuce, cheese, and sauce. I was hit with intense nausea which led to even more intense vomiting diarrhea and fever lasting for upwards of nearly 36 hours. I'm on the upside of the recovery process now.… 更多

在食用开始出现腹泻持续了 8 个多小时后 20-30 分钟，购买并吃了冷冻的西兰花小花（是的，一切都煮熟了）。还有剧烈呕吐以及 6 小时后抽筋和脱水  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 抽筋, 脱水

2019 年 4 月 28 日，我在中午左右订购了胡萝卜业力和热带蔬菜，我的配偶订购了另一杯饮料。在我出现症状之前我们吃的所有其他东西都是一样的。到了晚上 11 点，我已经完全爆发腹泻恶心寒战背部疼痛呕吐了。18 小时后，有些症状有所缓解，但现在是第 6 天，仍然有腹泻
