12 月 18 日，我和我的丈夫、女儿和我在 Chipotle 吃午餐。他们吃了薯条、莎莎酱和 queso。我吃了一份沙拉，里面有鸡肉、蔬菜、黑豆、中度和温和的莎莎酱。第二天我整天都有严重的恶心，有腹泻。在半夜，症状恶化，伴随着剧烈的胃痛和呕吐。第二天充满了剧烈的胃痛、剧烈的恶心和严重的腹泻。我的丈夫和女儿没有任何症状。

Came in on a Sunday evening and got incredibly ill that same night. Vomited very aggresively & couldn’t even hold down fluids. Almost went to a hospital but didn’t go.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

My daughter had grilled chicken nuggets and potatoes waffle fries for dinner 2hrs later she complained about tummy aches. I realized she got a fever and then moments later she vomited. Twice so far.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我经历过的最严重的食物中毒。吃了橙鸡和蜂蜜芝麻鸡和炒饭和奶油蟹泡芙。只是想一想就让我恶心。我整夜都生病了，呕吐后也经历了我一生中最严重的头痛。严重的感觉就像我有脑动脉瘤。一直在争论去 ER 的问题。再也不会吃熊猫快车了！！！！！
