12 月 18 日，我和我的丈夫、女儿和我在 Chipotle 吃午餐。他们吃了薯条、莎莎酱和 queso。我吃了一份沙拉，里面有鸡肉、蔬菜、黑豆、中度和温和的莎莎酱。第二天我整天都有严重的恶心，有腹泻。在半夜，症状恶化，伴随着剧烈的胃痛和呕吐。第二天充满了剧烈的胃痛、剧烈的恶心和严重的腹泻。我的丈夫和女儿没有任何症状。
