So i asked for two orders of chicken nuggets, the woman behind the counter tried to give me a meal, i said i wanted the nuggets not the meal politely, i think she took offense and spit in my food, I've not felt well since.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I bought a 6 inch tuna sub on white bread with American cheese tomato bell pepper and pickles at 2:05 pm and I ask the line server if they made the tuna or was it sent in- She toll me they made it fresh at the store… 更多

我当时正从 Benton AR 开车去罗杰斯 AR，然后在中途某个地方的麦当劳停下来吃点东西。我订购了 2 个 McGriddles，然后在大约 30 分钟的时间里都吃了它们。大约两个小时后，我开始变得恶心。当我到达自己的位置时，我经过了几分钟的停电。当我来到这里的时候，我以为那是一个梦，当我意识到那不是梦时，我在另一个房间里打电话给我的朋友。他帮我起来给我点水剩下的时间我都感到恶心。那天晚上，我每 2-4 到 4 次开始出现剧烈腹泻，并且经历了很多脱水。我没有和一些老朋友一起去拜访，而是开车回家 4 个小时，计划在剩下的时间里睡觉和喝水。
