I ate gizzards and they had a green substance on the inside the manager said it was a bad batch after I took my food back after that I started feeling naseua, dizzy, and light headed, plus dry mouth.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Dizziness, Lightheaded

So i asked for two orders of chicken nuggets, the woman behind the counter tried to give me a meal, i said i wanted the nuggets not the meal politely, i think she took offense and spit in my food, I've not felt well since.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
