周日，8 月 26 日，中午左右，我在阿肯色州格林伍德吃了一个新鲜水果草莓奶昔。午夜左右，我出现了腹泻、发烧，身体抖动太糟糕，以至于我无法容纳阿司匹林瓶子。经过 3 天的严重腹泻后，我终于把它送到 Dr.Stool Dr.Stool 样本中发现了沙门氏菌。在 Sonic 远离新鲜水果奶昔。

今晚我和朋友一起去了塔可钟我吃了墨西哥披萨和炸玉米饼。我上了车然后开始病得很重我以为我不会回家。胃痉挛很严重，腹泻、恶心、呕吐和血压升高都在回家一个小时后出现。我已经在洗手间待了将近三个小时了，每次起床离开我都必须回来。到目前为止还没有发烧，但血压已经升高了！

订购了肉丸子和冷切。一切看起来都很干净，新鲜的蔬菜，服务员很干净，戴上新手套。昨晚 8 点我和丈夫把他们分开了晚上 11 点感觉不舒服然后上床睡觉。醒来时感觉恶心和腹泻！感觉就像我的内心要出来了！！！现在很头疼。因为我没有发烧就倒下液体。丈夫只是觉得恶心。再也不会了！
