我们在这家餐厅为 NYE 吃了一顿美味的晚餐，服务很棒！晚饭后，我开始感到肚子隆隆起来，我以为那只是消化问题。然后在车里，大约 3 个小时后，我感到非常恶心。我以为我得了晕车。有一次，我回到家，我抽筋感觉好像有人在撕开我的肚子。我无法入睡，这些抽筋持续了一整天。第二天，我跑了起来，基本上卧床不起。我无法起床或者我需要洗手间。

I ate a chicken bowl with corn and lettuce. After I ate it I had a stomach ache but continued to finish my shift at work. I woke up at 3am with an unbearable stomach ache and from there on it was vomiting, nausea, and fever all night and still all morning.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
