我吃了帕尔马干酪 poletta 和南瓜 Anglotti。我的男朋友也吃了 poletta 并没有生病。我们在 10/13 晚 11:30 左右吃完晚饭，凌晨 1 点 30 分我被恶心和脊椎腹部惊醒。我继续发作，直到上午 11 点才有腹泻。下午 1 点 30 分左右，我能够保持下水和佳得乐。还有恶心、疲劳和脱水的感觉。

我们的办公室在 2017 年 2 月 2 日订购披萨。我们订购了 9 个不同主题的披萨。披萨在中午左右送达，到下午 2 点我开始头痛和身体疼痛到下午 3 点我觉得自己像呕吐一样，那天我吐了 5 次，整个晚上的其余时间都像胡扯一样。第二天我上班的时候，有几个同事没来上班，因为他们从同一种食物里得到了食物中的毒药，就是来自多米诺骨牌的披萨。我打电话给 Domino's 是为了投诉并获得退款。我和主管谈过，她问我是否有披萨，这样他们就可以把它捡起来拿到腿上，就像认真一样！是的让我为你吐出来。主管告诉我下午 6 点左右回电话与楼层经理交谈并提出投诉。我太生气了如何对待，我对她抱怨。我永远不会从 Domino "s 订购披萨。
