My 6 years old daughter ate the chicken tenders fries and ranch and she has been sick all night. Cos the ranch was the only thing she ate that was different from everyone in the family. I believe the ranch dressing poisoned her  | 症状: 呕吐

我为我丈夫买了 Mac 和奶酪。我儿子得到了苹果和奶酪和土豆泥。昨晚我的孩子们最终得了食物中毒，出现胃部不适，大量腹泻（1/22/19）的症状。我丈夫今天整天都有消化系统问题。持续更多的腹泻，胃痛，抱怨大便里有血。我的两个孩子都拒绝吃全食超市的食物。
