我记得自己以为肉看起来很奇怪。我还没有完全从中恢复过来。感觉就像是诺如病毒的轻微病例。我周围没有人生病。我的身体没有像感冒那样疼痛。我不觉得自己很虚弱或疲倦。我的症状是腹泻和呕吐 4 到 5 次，伴有轻微的身体疼痛。呕吐只持续了 1 天，但腹泻还在继续。
