2018 年 12 月 4 日星期二，我从这个地方得到了一个辛辣的鸡肉三明治、薯条和奥利奥奶昔。我在下午 2 点左右吃了，第二天早上 4 点左右我醒来时，胃部受伤、恶心和腹泻。症状还没有消失，现在是 12 月 6 日。我也感到非常虚弱和轻松。我没食欲，几乎不能喝水。

Ordered the 4 piece mixed chicken for $5.00. Stomache ache and nausea within an hour of eating it. Also, it wasn't hot after only 10 minutes of purchasing. Had weird texture, like rubber, the chicken meat part.  | 症状: 恶心

我在 18 年 2 月 20 日星期二晚上为自己和妈妈购买了鸡肉沙拉碗。在半夜我开始胃痛。我星期三早上醒来时饱腹痛不停地腹泻和呕吐。我妈妈也生病了，但只有胃痛。3 天后，腹泻几乎没有消退。我一直在喝透明液体，喝 georade 和 pedialight。我对自己有多生病感到非常沮丧。我没有打到 ER 是因为你去的价格有多高。
