在那里吃晚饭，第二天早上醒来时感到头晕和恶心，我在那里吃饭的朋友也是如此。一整天都有寒意/身体疼痛/恶心/腹泻然后那天晚上晚些时候我发烧了呕吐
呕吐后我感觉好多了但是我的身体感觉好像被卡车撞了一样严重的身体疼痛

8/15/2016 6:45 pm. Burrito Bowl with sofritas and grilled veggies plus rice, black beans, corn, guac, cheese, lettuce. Moderate stomach distress started an hour later and continued all night and into the next day. Ugh.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Every time I order the same thing and the same result. Diarrhea for the whole next day. I will no longer eat at chipotle. Another member of my household did not eat there and their health was just fine the following day  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Ate a chorizo burrito with black beans, white rice, corn, mild salsa and guac at 3. First symptoms started around 6 (I had my leftovers from the fridge at about 5)  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
