我在 2019 年 5 月 6 日在这里吃了午饭。我在沙拉吧做了一个小沙拉，里面包括小菠菜和混合蔬菜、甜椒、腌制豆腐、羊乳酪和塞萨尔沙拉酱。我的轻度胃痛症状在一小时内就开始出现，然后逐渐恶化。那天晚上我有严厉、发冷、发烧、胃痉挛、恶心和腹泻。已经过了 24 小时，我因身体疼痛和胃痉挛而感到疲劳。
