星期六下午我吃了滑块和排骨。晚上我感觉虚弱，星期天早上我发冷和发烧。周一晚上呕吐。整个星期二我都很虚弱，变得发冷，恶心。星期三晚上我腹泻很糟糕！如此频繁，以至于我在短短 6 个小时内去洗手间超过 10 次，直到我只是在喝水，好消息我记得我的医生给了我洛哌丁胺，当我服用 2 粒胶囊后，它就停下来了，我能够在凌晨 4 点睡觉。星期四，不再有腹泻，只是感觉臃肿和有点恶心。星期五，我终于没事了。我想我从肋骨中毒了，因为我给了我的宝宝一些滑块，但她什么也没发生，我丈夫怀疑它可以被冷冻，然后在里面煮得不好。我吃的时候饿死了所以我真的不记得怎么样了

Had 2 grilled cheeses with grilled onions, fries and a root beer. I ended up with food poisoning- severe cramping, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and finally bloody diarrhea last night and again this morning. May go to hospital if it continues.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

Ate prepackage salad (Pasedena Salad) and 4 of TJ fig cookies at 12pm. Started to feel sick around 1:30. Diarrea started around 3pm, vomiting started around 4:30pm. Sharp pain in stomach and fever all night till 6am the next day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
