I got food poisoning from Wendy's on El Cajon in San Diego. I went to the hospital the next day feeling really sick, throwing up and diarrhea, and I had my doctor say that's what was wrong . I called the restaurant the guy blew me off… 更多

I had a Mexican pizza and a cantina steak burrito. At approximately 5pm on June 7th 2016. At 3 am on the 8th, I began vomiting with simultaneous diarrhea, 100.3 fever and headache. I couldn't keep anything down for the next 24 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

2016 年 2 月 6 日下午 12 点 30 分左右，我在 Five Guys Burgers 吃饭。我吃了奶酪汉堡，里面有泡菜、蛋黄酱、西红柿、番茄酱和芥末酱。
我还喝了一杯 Power Aid 饮料。
