I ate 4 soft shell beef tacos, and a couple hours after I consumed them, I become noxious. I laid down for about 30 minutes thinking not much of it, and then I ran to the bathroom and vomited. I’ve been vomiting every hour since then, even after taking medicine  | 症状: 呕吐

Had a chicken sandwich lettuce wrapped with fries and some chili. Symptoms started 20 mins after finishing meal. Cramping followed by diarrhea. Then nausea. Went to bed to wake up to more diarrhea and vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
