Had 1 XXl stuft ground beef burrito with potato and jalapeno and 1 crunchy taco no cheese. Ate it and about 2hrs later felt very nauseous and the urge to go to the bathroom. I've been throwing up and using the bathroom all day. This bad  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

大约 9 点 30 分左右我去了盒子里的杰克。我订购了一个 JR 培根汉堡和一个小鱼苗。11 点 05 分左右我头疼地躺下来。直到我在 1 点左右醒来时因胃痉挛、腹胀和腹泻，我什么也没想到。回去睡觉然后在 2:45 左右醒来同时呕吐和腹泻。症状一直持续到现在，现在是 8:25。我还在把肚子里没有的东西都扔掉。

I ate a loaded breakfast sandwich at 9am, by noon I was very nauseous. I have gone to the restroom three times and I am in fetal position , cant even stand up straight and hard to walk. I pray this passes soon.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
