I ate 4 soft shell beef tacos, and a couple hours after I consumed them, I become noxious. I laid down for about 30 minutes thinking not much of it, and then I ran to the bathroom and vomited. I’ve been vomiting every hour since then, even after taking medicine  | Symptoms: Vomiting
