Tried to seek help from Guest Relations they were very rude and unhelpful. The first aid office didnt have a nurse on site. My kids threw up the whole 2 hour ride home, and are still sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Yesterday, Nov. 16 2018 My wife had a Pumpkin Spiced Latte and the Bacon Gouda sandwich for breakfast. She has had the same from this location before and was fine. However, this time it triggered intense vomiting and nausea. She is unable to hold anything down.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我女儿吃了大约 1/2 的白面包、火鸡、瑞士奶酪和蜂蜜芥末酱三明治-1 小时后，她开始感到不舒服/她之前没吃过午饭，所以她非常饿，并提到自己不喜欢咬了几口后的味道。大约 3 小时后，她开始呕吐，大约 6 个小时无法停下来-她想喝水但继续呕吐-她发冷但没有发烧-8 小时后她确实发烧了 103 个-然后开始腹泻-她整天睡着吃了点大米，整晚睡着然后醒来没问题-这是相当经典的食物中毒-也许是李斯特菌？

Last night I ordered 2 thin crust med pizzas & 1 cookie pie. I couldn’t finish my slices because the bread didn’t taste right, it was very stale, the flavor of the bread was really bad. Something was wrong with those pizzas.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
