午餐时，我在餐厅吃了一半的沙拉，然后要求去荞麦面，因为我必须去接孩子们。当我们回到家的时候我把食物放在冰箱里。那天晚上我在晚餐时加热了荞麦面，它们很糊状而且味道不对，所以我在吃了几口之后就停止吃了。不到一个小时，我的胃变得很大，开始受伤。我整夜都在剧烈的可怕痛苦中滚动，醒来恶心，每小时都在呕吐。我以为接下来会出现腹泻，但是相反，我痛苦地便秘了，在接下来的 3 天里遭受了痛苦的剧烈气体疼痛。已经一周了，我的胃还没有恢复正常。不确定是当天早些时候的沙拉还是几口荞麦面。
