Went to Wendy’s got the 4 for 4 jr bacon burger ketchup only with the nuggets and fries and a sprite 2 hours later I feel fevered and I’m vomiting and have the shits and nauseous  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Went to chilis on sunday feb 25th, 2018 and the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas were good until later on that night where I experienced horrible nausea and vommiting for 12 hours. cause me not to eat all day the following day and was in tons of pain.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

沙拉碗配生菜、平托和黑豆、牛排和鸡肉、酸奶油和少许油醋汁。我在那里吃饭后不久就开始出现症状-从恶心开始，然后几个小时后呕吐。第二天（今天）仍然感到恶心，胃部不舒服，感觉虚弱和有雾。
