I had turkey provolone sub and chipotle chicken cheese steak sub on April 23 and still feel very sick. It’s note April 27 and have not been able to get out of bed except to use the bathroom. Stomach is still very upset  | 症状: 腹泻

I had guac with chips from there twice that day, and around 9pm was the second time. I went to sleep, woke up incredibly nauseous and puked mostly only Guac. I feel so much better now.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Not sure but it started after eating mixed nuts, cranberry, peanut butter , chocolate mix.  Sudden onset Severe attack with abdominal pain, shortness of breath, vomiting, diarrhea, sweats, chills,   | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 寒战, 出汗, 胃痛, 呼吸急促

沃尔夫冈·帕克（Wolfgang Puck）的有机鸡肉和野生稻汤我是唯一一个吃汤的人，也是唯一一个生病的人。吃完汤大约 1 小时后我开始感到恶心。几个小时后，我因为感到恶心而从睡眠中醒来。我得了腹泻然后呕吐。我又呕吐了两次，每次回去睡觉时我都无法变暖。完全排空我的胃后，我感觉好多了，然后再喝一些电解质。但是第二天还是会感觉虚弱。
