昨晚 12-06-2018 我在晚上 8 点 40 分左右从 Chipotle 吃了墨西哥卷饼。那天晚上 11 点左右，我开始变得非常头晕，开始感到非常恶心。我去洗手间多次呕吐了大约一个小时。第二天早上我继续感觉很糟糕，下午仍然感觉很糟糕。我觉得自己身体不舒服，但我的肚子上还有什么东西在猛拉。

我下午 2 点从博因顿海滩的国会大道离开了工作。我感到饿了，去波因顿海滩大道的 Publix 买了一个潜水艇。当天的潜艇是 Chicken Sub。我走了很长一段路，开车时开始在车里吃它，因为我离博因顿有 1 个小时的路程。我只吃了一半的潜水艇。回到家后，我有点饱了，感觉很有趣。4 个小时后，我感到有烧灼感，胃开始受伤。我去洗手间，腹泻，恶心，灼热感，抽筋，感觉很糟糕，错过了两天的工作，没去看医生并试图独自威胁自己，因为我没有保险。这是一次非常糟糕的经历，我还是身体不好，但还是被迫去上班。我的关节虚弱而痛苦。
