周日，我从他们的预制食品部分带来了马铃薯楔子、炒柚子和鸡肉招标书。服务食物的人告诉我它是 “新鲜制作的”。我在午餐时吃了一点东西，再吃一点快餐。星期一早上我醒来的时候，我被轻视而被扔掉了。那天我整天都投掷了，周二还有一些。我甚至无法在不扔水的情况下保持水。

I ate a market salad, a spicy chicken sandwich, cookies and cream milkshake with no toppings around 6:30pm 7/15/19. For sick in the morning around 6:00am. That was the only meal I ate yesterday.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

Went to Benihana’s yesterday and as soon as I got home was sick., 2 people and as soon as I got home I had diarrhea. And then nausea. All night and morning now I been throwing up. Cant even keep down water.  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心
