我吃了 Bang Bang 虾、鱿鱼和螃蟹蛋糕开胃菜... 和朋友一起吃了一点。主菜是智利海鲈鱼配焗土豆和 Sautã©Ed 菠菜。我在晚上 9 点 45 分离开餐厅。到凌晨 2 点半，我非常恶心而且非常臃肿。我腹泻和呕吐发作持续了 1.5 个小时。

用瑞士人买了 12 英寸的黑森林火腿子。没有添加任何调味品，只添加菠菜、黄瓜、橄榄、甜椒。这是我 12 月 24 日星期六唯一吃的东西。大约 2 小时后（下午 2 点），我呕吐了，其他症状始于抽筋到深夜，太虚弱了我无法去看医生。症状持续了 3 天。
