用瑞士人买了 12 英寸的黑森林火腿子。没有添加任何调味品，只添加菠菜、黄瓜、橄榄、甜椒。这是我 12 月 24 日星期六唯一吃的东西。大约 2 小时后（下午 2 点），我呕吐了，其他症状始于抽筋到深夜，太虚弱了我无法去看医生。症状持续了 3 天。
