5 月 11 日上午 11 点我在熊猫快车吃过东西。大约 12 点 30 分或下午 1 点左右，我的脑海开始感觉很奇怪。我离开工作回家躺下我整天和黑夜都在呕吐、腹泻和冷汗。今天是星期六我仍然很轻松虚弱，不敢吃东西。我还有一个虾样本放在冰箱里的冷冻袋里，可以带到卫生部门。

上周二（4/11）吃了牛排卷饼。墨西哥卷饼有白米饭，斑豆，法吉塔辣椒，温和的莎莎酱，玉米，奶酪，酸奶油和生菜。吃饭后一个小时内，我感觉很有趣。呕吐、流鼻涕、头痛、整体不适。现在是星期六（4/15），仍然感觉不到 100％。

I ate around noon time yesterday, and I ordered a large French fry with some Chick-fil-A sauce. The fries did not taste fresh and neither did the sauce. Later yesterday night was when I started feeling the symptoms.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

My entire family went to Moe's on 3/18/17 and we all had burritos - chicken and steak. All five of us were nauseous that night and the next day we all had diarrhea and vomiting. Over 12 hours we were jockeying for a bathroom. Believe it was cross contamination of food items.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
