Are the steak burrito bowl with rice, beans, pico, cheese, lettuce and sour cream. Started feeling intense stomach cramps around dinner time. Threw up severely and diarrhea multiple times that evening.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

我中午左右吃了 2 个炸玉米饼。但是凌晨 2 点我头疼得很厉害。到 9 点我恶心了，diarehha 开始了，持续了 3.5 个小时。今天早上还是很恶心和头痛。一定是炸玉米饼，这是我和丈夫唯一不同的东西，他很好。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 头痛

Me my wife and child ate around 8-9. It hit my wife around midnight. She had to rush to rest room and instantly threw up. I unfortunately didn’t have symptoms til almost 7 am of diarrhea and vomiting
We had the bowls she had Barbacoa I had carnitas and we had the new queso  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
