我订购了 3 号组合，里面有 3 块鸡肉骨头、一面（红豆和米饭）和一个饼干。这顿饭异常油腻，但我仍然吃了大部分。我在晚上 7 点左右吃了食物。凌晨 1 点左右，我变得焦躁不安和恶心。我的胃痛非常严重，而且我感到臃肿。我最终呕吐了腹泻。

下午 4 点 30 分左右我下班后去了 Wendy's，我以 4 美元的价格订购了 4 个，鸡肉条，薯条，鸡块，不甜的冰茶，旁边还有烧烤酱。饭后大约 3 个小时我感到很奇怪，那实际上是我当天的最后一顿饭，因为我感觉不舒服。我很恶心，头痛一整天都变得更加严重，到 10 点 30 分我在浴室里扔掉我的食物。这是我第二次以 4 美元的价格从 Wendy's 4 那里得到食物中毒。小心点，只是说。绝对不会再订购它了。

Ate salad bar, most items, with ranch dressing. My partner also ate salad bar but did not eat cheese or ranch dressing (and did not get sick). Nausea symptoms and fever started 6 hrs later, vomiting and diarrhea 9 hours later. Fever (99.5) persisted for about 18… 更多

I ate mussels oysters shrimp and snow crabs and dungess crabs . I had a few of each around 11pm and when I felt the symptoms around 4 am . I threw up literally everything I ate .  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
