Got a steak and cheese wrap and felt like shit all day after I ate it. All I wanted to do was lay down, once I finally got home I starting throwing up and still felt like shit the next morning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐

One'o Clock 左右去了 Chipotle，花了一半的鸡肉半牛排白米饭，玉米，辣椒酱和生菜。一切都很好，直到当天晚些时候我的肚子感觉到挤压去了洗手间，以为一切都很好。回家时仍然感觉到同样的症状又去了洗手间。一切都很好上床睡觉早上 4 点醒来，有些严重的胃痛。使用浴室回床睡觉之后又醒了 2 次，这是我第四次呕吐，感觉好多了，但之后仍然有轻微的症状。

Courtside 曾经是我最喜欢的寿司店，但是吃了 Joe vs Dragon 之后，那天晚上我病得很重，我怀疑我能否再在那里吃东西。严重的胃痛、呕吐、腹泻、发烧、头痛。花了 2 天卧床休息才好起来。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛, 胃痛
