7/24/17 8:45 pm. Had their special. It was a type of hot sandwich with shaved deli meats, cheese, and bacon on Texas toast. My symptoms began around 9:30 pm. I dealt with severe vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, and fever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Purchased a dozen donuts for me and my family. I ate about 3 over 2 hours. An hour after my stomach felt terrible followed by terrible diarrhea and vomiting which has been going on for two days now. 周日晚上，我和家人在晚餐时吃了鸡肉辣酱玉米饼馅（山姆俱乐部准备的那些）。我们以前几次吃过它们。我的儿子是星期一早上第一个生病的人，然后是我的丈夫，然后是我自己。我整个早上都发冷，肚子受伤了，但是到了下午 4 点，我们都生病了然后呕吐了。这是一次糟糕的经历。
