-在厨房的几个区域观察到蟑螂，表明繁殖人口健康；
-留在前用餐区的食物盘没有丢弃，这些食物覆盖着类型不明的小苍蝇，可能是果蝇；
-该设施完全装满了箱子和旧设备等物品;
用于储存食物的手盆、台面和食物准备区似乎很长时间没有清洁过；
-外表面似乎腐烂的蔬菜与其他蔬菜一起存放，不清楚它们是被丢弃还是用于制备食物；
生牛肉、猪肉和家禽完全包装在双门冷藏中，安排不能防止交叉污染；
-食物不会冷藏和储存在适当的温度下。
-许多物品，例如打开的罐头货物和瓶装商品都在随着模具增长的柜台上。

Kirkland Greek yogurt. Container faulty. Where the sides attach to the round disc of the bottom it's not sealed properly and if you fill the empty container with water it leaks like a sieve also allowing air and pathogens to enter. Nausea cramps diareah 1 got sick… 更多
