Got a Chipotle salad Friday 2/3 was sick with severe diarrhea by Saturday morning 6am. Currently on day 5 of diarrhea and not able to eat anything without getting sick. My husband ate Chipotle and was fine. The difference in our meals were, I had: peppers, beans, corn, dressing.  | 症状: 腹泻

I ate at Chipotle for dinner on Wednesday and by 2 am I had woken out of my sleep with severe abdominal pain, cramping, diarrhea. As the day progressed I had added symptoms of nausea and feeling as though I could vomit. It is now 830am on Friday and none of the symptoms have stopped.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Ate at Chili's on 4/25 (Monday). Had the Chipotle chicken fresh mex bowl around 7:30 pm. Woke up around 3:00 the next morning -- extreme nausea, followed by vomiting and diarrhea. Was sick for 3 days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

18 日星期四我和女儿一起吃了晚午饭。我们共享了一个应用程序。我吃了鸡肉 fajitas。星期五下午 6 点我开始出现胃痉挛不好。在接下来的 9 个小时里出现了严重的呕吐和肚子问题，但仍然感觉不正常，无法进食。这是自周三以来我吃的唯一与家人不同的东西。
